Emer Mary Morris

Joining the National Youth Theatre in her teens Emer then went on to train at East 15 Acting School in 2008.  She spent 6 months touring Shakespeare’s Macbeth through northern India with Out of Cocoon Theatre Company, understudying and performing the role of Lady Macbeth.  Back in the UK Emer has played numerous theatre roles as varied as Lisa in Anthony Neilson’s The Wonderful World of Dissocia, Maria in Checkov’s Uncle Vanya and  Julia in Timberlake Wertenbaker’s Three Birds Alighting on a Field. In the Brighton Fringe she has performed the lead roles of Peggy in Mike Punter’s Tribe and Julia in Neil Faulkner’s Tales from Wales. Emer’s film credits include Ursa in Arthur Slowman’s short film Rings of Saturn and Kat in Hello Goodbye by Jon Bishop.  Emer plays Anna in the  Twisted Kiss feature film Pictures of Lily, to be released in late 2012. Alongside being a White Space Company Member, Emer is currently taking a Theatre degree at Queen Mary University of London.
